Job summary

NES Fircroft in Poland is seeking a Project Engineer for the Baltic II and Baltic III offshore wind farm projects. You will supervise Owner's Engineer activities, coordinate with contractors, Investor and stakeholders to drive progress and compliance.

The role requires at least 5 years in construction projects on GC or Investor side, deep knowledge of Polish construction processes and law, and fluent Polish and English; strong coordination with multiple teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction projects on the General Contractor or Investor side.
• Excellent knowledge of Polish construction processes and construction law.
• Fluent in Polish and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Monitor progress, review documentation, ensure quality and compliance

Job description

For the Baltic II and Baltic III projects, I am looking for a candidate for the position of Project Engineer.

Responsibilities:

• Supervision of the activities and performance of the Owner's Engineer / construction supervision contractor for the offshore scope of the wind farm
• Participation in project meetings and day-to-day cooperation with contractors, the Investor, and project stakeholders
• Supporting the Investor Representative in fulfilling contractual obligations and reporting project progress
• Coordination and preparation of technical documentation, including documentation for LTA, FIR, FDR, and administrative and formal applications
• Handling and coordination of technical, construction, and commissioning queries (TQ, SQ, CQ)
• Supporting tendering processes (ITT), preparing tender documentation, and participating in bid evaluations
• Cooperation with other company departments in the technical coordination and execution of the project
• Monitoring project progress, reviewing documentation, and overseeing the quality and compliance of project execution

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction projects on the General Contractor or Investor side
• Very good knowledge of the Polish construction process and construction law
• Very good command of Polish and English, both written and spoken
• Strong team coordination skills and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders

Nice to have:

• Permanent construction licence in any specialisation, preferably in electrical or hydraulic/marine engineering
