Liftero in Kraków is seeking an Office Assistant to keep our workspace running smoothly, handling mail, packages, document flow, vendor coordination, and guest reception.
You’ll own day-to-day operations from 8:00 to 16:00, collaborate with Procurement and P&C, and help design an efficient, welcoming office culture as we scale in space tech.
Candidates should have at least 1 year in an admin role, strong English, and a proactive, organized mindset.
Space is one of the fastest-growing industries in the world. Thousands of satellites launch every year, and the market behind them is booming — with Poland right in the middle of it, home to a fast-rising space sector.
Liftero is at the heart of this trend. We build propulsion systems for the thousands of spacecraft coming to orbit, with the ambition to become the global leader in satellite propulsion — the transport layer of the space economy. Our goal is clear: deploy 1,000 propulsion systems in space.
Our core product is BOOSTER, a non-toxic chemical propulsion system built from first principles for the NewSpace era. It has already been validated in space.
As a fast-scaling company, we combine agility with long-term ambition to serve the booming small-satellite market. Joining now means a front-row seat to space technology and real ownership over what we build.
We are looking for an Office Assistant to keep our workspace running like clockwork. In this role, you will take full ownership of day-to-day office operations — from managing administrative document flow, packages, and supplies to liaising with building management and vendors. You will ensure our space is organized, fully equipped, and functional for everyone at Liftero so the entire team can focus on building space tech.
Working at Liftero is meaningful, fast-paced, and human. We’re not trying to copy corporate culture or pretend that work is your second home - we respect your time, your life outside of work, and the fact that we’re all just people. If you're having a tough day, say it - we’ll work it out. If you’re in flow and want to build through the night, we trust you to manage your own time.
Building serious space tech takes focus, dedication, and real effort. It can be demanding - but it’s also where you’ll grow, both professionally and personally.
We’ve created a unique company culture that’s shaped by mutual respect and a shared drive to build things that fly. Whether you’re loud and all-in, or more quiet and independent - there’s space for you here.
We work in our own project management framework, refined over years of iteration. It helps us move quickly, stay flexible, and give every team member a real voice in shaping the final product.
