Job summary

Miratech is seeking an experienced Odoo Project Leader to bridge internal finance and operations with Odoo ERP solutions. You will gather requirements, map them to Odoo functionalities, and deliver tailored solutions across Miratech's internal teams.

You will configure modules, conduct functional testing, provide end-user training, and manage the full implementation lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as Odoo Project Leader or similar.
• Bachelor degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration.
• Ukrainian & English full working proficiency.
• Strong understanding of Odoo modules (Sales, Accounting, HR).
• Odoo certification and/or project management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze client requirements; map to Odoo functionalities.
• Configure and customize Odoo modules with development and troubleshooting.
• Conduct functional testing and UAT with clients.
• Provide end-user training and documentation.
• Manage full implementation lifecycle; ensure timely delivery.
• Assist in cost estimates, timelines, and feasibility analyses.
• Perform other duties as may be required consistent with the purpose of this role.

Join Miratech's internal automation team as an Odoo Project Leader and help drive process automation across our own finance and operations functions. This role exists to bridge internal business needs with Odoo ERP solutions, ensuring seamless configuration, adoption, and stakeholder satisfaction across Miratech's internal teams. You will gather and analyze client requirements, map them to Odoo functionalities, and deliver tailored solutions. Your expertise will be key in configuring and customizing Odoo modules, conducting functional testing, and providing end-user training. You will collaborate closely with technical teams, manage the implementation lifecycle, and engage with clients through presentations and demos. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact by optimizing business processes and supporting clients through every stage of their Odoo journey.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze client requirements, map them to Odoo functionalities, and provide best-fit solutions, including functionality presentations, demos, and proof-of-concept (PoC) sessions
• Configure and customize Odoo modules to align with business processes, working closely with technical teams on custom development and troubleshooting.
• Conduct functional testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) with clients to ensure solution quality and business alignment.
• Provide end-user training and documentation to support user adoption and ensure a smooth transition.
• Manage the full implementation lifecycle, ensuring timely project delivery, client satisfaction, and successful solution deployment.
• Assist in preparing cost estimates, project timelines, and technical feasibility assessments to support project planning and execution.
• Perform other duties as may be required consistent with the purpose of this role.

• 3+ years of experience as an Odoo Project Leader or similar role
• Bachelor degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration
• Ukrainian & English full working proficiency
• Strong understanding of Odoo modules, including Sales, Accounting, HR
• Odoo certification and/or Project management is a plus
