Job summary

Elanco in Warsaw is seeking an O2C Customer Service Intern with Portuguese to process orders, support billing, and handle customer inquiries. You will collaborate with internal partners to ensure accurate order processing and a positive customer experience.

Key responsibilities include managing orders and complaints, billing support, process improvement, and building product knowledge across Elanco’s lines while working under moderate supervision in a global team.

Qualifications

• University degree or ongoing university studies.
• Proficient in English and Portuguese is mandatory.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and complete key tasks and deliverables.
• Ability to work in a global team environment and communicate effectively with internal partners.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism with customers and team members.
• Knowledge of Outlook, MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Process orders manually received by phone, fax, and email with priority for urgent orders.
• Process customer complaints and collaborate with other departments.
• Support the billing process and monitor sales orders and interface issues.
• Back local O2C projects to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Suggest improvements to existing processes and demonstrate continuous improvement.
• Work with team members, internal customers, and partners to build relationships.
• Improve the customer experience with the ESC and maintain professional interactions.
• Demonstrate a compliant mindset, supporting documentation and training materials.
• Build and maintain knowledge of Elanco’s product lines in the assigned market.
• Complete tasks within procedures under moderate supervision.
