Qualifications

• Experience in Finance/Accounting in Shared Services or BPO.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end O2C process.
• Experience in process mapping, standardization, and optimization (transformation initiatives).
• Project management skills; UAT/testing and transitions a plus.
• Experience with SAP Finance, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong competence in Excel and PowerPoint.
• English at B2 level or higher (written and spoken).
• Interest in process digitalization, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support global end-to-end process governance for O2C sub-processes ensuring consistent standards and clear ownership.
• Build and maintain process maps/flowcharts, SOPs/work instructions and key handoffs.
• Identify improvement opportunities, structure them into problem statements and options, and deliver smaller enhancements end-to-end.
• Contribute to projects and releases as test coordinator.
• Partner with O2C, regional teams, SMEs, and adjacent functions to align on process decisions and adoption.
• Support digital enablement (automation/workflow/analytics/AI-enabled ideas) by defining requirements and documenting the new standard.
• Contribute to shaping the process vision and strategic direction for O2C in alignment with leadership.

This position reports to the O2C GPO and supports shaping global ways of working across Credit, Collections/Dispute Management, Cash Application, and Customer Master Data. The focus is on process documentation, standardization, and continuous improvement in close partnership with operational teams and SMEs. You’ll independently drive smaller enhancements, transitions and support larger transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate has an analytical mindset, a self-driven way of working, and strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

• Build and maintain process architecture (process maps/flowcharts, SOPs/work instructions) and key handoffs.
• Identify improvement opportunities, structure them into problem statements and options, and deliver smaller enhancements end-to-end.

• Partner with the O2C team, regional teams, SMEs, and adjacent functions to align on process decisions and adoption.
• Support digital enablement (automation/workflow/analytics/AI-enabled ideas) by defining requirements, validating outcomes, and documenting the new standard.
• Contribute to shaping the process vision and strategic direction for the O2C area in alignment with leadership.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Finance/Accounting or related field within a Shared Services or BPO environment.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end O2C process.
• Demonstrated experience in process mapping, standardization, and optimization (including process redesign and transformation initiatives)
• Project management skills (experience supporting projects, including UAT/testing and transitions, is a plus)
• Experience with SAP Finance, preferably SAP S/4HANA
• Strong competence in Excel and PowerPoint
• English at B2 level or higher (written and spoken)
• Interest in process digitalization, automation, and AI-enabled solutions
