Job summary

Zoetis is hiring a Cash Application Associate (m/f/x) on a replacement contract in Warszawa to support accounts receivable activities under the O2C Team Lead.

Responsibilities include processing payments, clearing customer accounts, reconciling cash, ensuring SOX/compliance, and supporting reports and SAP tools adoption in a hybrid work model. Fluency in English and 1 year in finance are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in finance/O2C/AR.
• Fluent written and spoken English (B2 or higher).
• SAP knowledge is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming payments (wires, cheques, cards) and outgoing payments for refunds.
• Clear and reconcile customer accounts.
• Proactively manage unapplied cash items in collaboration with the team.
• Support compliance with SOX and internal controls.
• Assist in preparing periodic/adhoc reports for management.
• Help implement process improvements and SAP-related testing.

Cash Application Associate (m/f/x) - Replacement Contract

Position Purpose: This position will report to the O2C Team Lead and will support the execution of accounts receivable activities.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming payments (wires, cheques, direct debit, RIBA, credit cards etc.) and outgoing payments related to customers' refunds/ rebates.
• Clear & Reconcile customer accounts.
• Proactively manage unapplied/unallocated cash items in close collaboration with the
• Ensure robust compliance environment with SOX, internal controls, accounting policies and procedures.
• Coordinate and support the preparation of periodic and adhoc reports for applicable areas as requested by management or applicable markets
• Assist Team Leader/ Manager to identify and implement process improvement initiatives and best practices.
• Support O2C/SAP tools implementation and testing process.
• Escalating all unsolved/unclear issues to the Team Leader.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in the finance / O2C / accounts receivable field
• Indicate the technical skills required and/or preferred, as applicable.
• Basic computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel)
• Written and oral business communication skills
• Fluency in written and oral English (minimum B2 level) is essential for this role
• SAP knowledge is an asset
