Job summary

HRK S.A. is seeking an experienced Order-to-Cash leader to drive a large-scale SAP to Microsoft Dynamics 365 transformation.

You will coordinate design, data migration, testing and go-live prep, while optimizing O2C processes such as billing, collections, and cash application across global teams. The role requires 5–8 years in O2C or related finance, ERP implementation experience, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of professional experience in Order-to-Cash, Accounts Receivable or related finance processes.
• End-to-end O2C cycle understanding, including billing, collections, cash application, deductions and dispute management.
• Involvement in ERP implementation, migration or finance transformation projects.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external consultants or implementation partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Order-to-Cash workstream as part of a SAP to Dynamics 365 transformation.
• Coordinate activities across design, implementation, data migration, testing and go-live prep.
• Review and optimize end-to-end O2C processes including customer master data and credit management.
• Support billing and invoicing solutions ensuring accurate financial transactions and compliance.
• Define and improve processes for deductions, disputes and payment reconciliation.
• Handle customer payments, remittance information and promotional deductions in the new ERP.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, Sales Operations and other stakeholders to translate needs into system requirements.
• Coordinate external ERP partners and internal SMEs.
• Oversee UAT, data validation, cutover and post-implementation support.
• Identify risks and support continuous improvement.

Your responsibilities

• Lead the Order-to-Cash workstream as part of a large-scale SAP to Microsoft Dynamics 365 transformation.
• Coordinate project activities across process design, system implementation, data migration, testing and go-live preparation.
• Review and optimize end-to-end O2C processes, including customer master data, billing, accounts receivable, credit management, collections and cash application.
• Support the development of effective billing and invoicing solutions, ensuring accurate financial transactions and compliance with internal requirements.
• Define and improve processes related to customer deductions, claims, disputes and payment reconciliation.
• Ensure appropriate handling of customer payments, remittance information and promotional deductions within the new ERP system.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, Sales Operations and other business stakeholders to translate operational needs into system requirements.
• Coordinate the work of external ERP implementation partners and internal subject matter experts.
• Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT), data validation, system cutover and post-implementation support.
• Identify potential implementation risks, resolve process-related challenges and support continuous improvement.

Your profile

• Approximately 5–8 years of professional experience in Order-to-Cash, Accounts Receivable or related finance processes.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end O2C cycle, particularly billing, collections, cash application, deductions and dispute management.
• Previous involvement in ERP implementation, migration or finance transformation projects.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Knowledge of SAP and experience working in complex ERP environments.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, external consultants or implementation partners.
• Good understanding of financial controls, reconciliations and revenue-related processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and deliver results in a dynamic, project-driven environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with international teams.
• Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI or project management methodologies would be beneficial.
