You will serve as technical discipline lead, coordinating licensing and regulatory submittals while mentoring engineers and interfacing with regulators and customers.

The role requires extensive nuclear engineering experience, strong writing skills, and travel availability.

Qualifications

• Fluent knowledge of Polish and English.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field.
• 12+ years of applicable experience.
• Subject Matter Expert in nuclear safety, licensing or reactor systems.
• Experience supporting nuclear licensing activities and licensing docs.
• Experience with nuclear regulatory frameworks and licensing processes.
• Familiarity with IAEA guidance and European regulatory practices.
• Ability to translate technical info into clear leadership insights.
• Experience presenting engineering positions in regulatory/customer environments.
• Strong technical writing skills.
• Willingness to travel 10-20%.

Responsabilités

• Lead versatile engineering teams in licensing, safety analysis, and technical documentation for AP1000 projects.
• Be the technical discipline lead for complex engineering programs, ensuring quality and compliance.
• Lead development and integration of licensing basis documents, safety analyses, and regulatory submittals.
• Support Construction and Operating License applications and other licensing activities.
• Provide guidance for studies in reactor safety, thermohydraulics, risk assessment, and licensing.
• Coordinate interfaces across engineering disciplines for integrated deliverables.
• Establish daily priorities and ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Support customer meetings, workshops, regulatory interactions, and executive briefings.
• Leverage Westinghouse technologies to strengthen customer relationships and growth.
• Plan resources, assess staffing, and drive execution strategies for programs.
• Prepare technical recommendations, cost analyses, feasibility studies, and assessments.
• Identify risks and opportunities and develop mitigation strategies for schedules.
• Manage hiring, training, and performance reviews; handle budget responsibilities.
