Qualifications

• 6+ years in supply management or procurement.
• Experience negotiating supplier contracts and terms.
• Strong Excel data-analysis and modeling skills.
• Experience presenting sourcing recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing for new product development and launches balancing quality, service, cost.
• Analyze supplier cost drivers to shape negotiation strategies across global teams.
• Negotiate and implement supplier agreements aligned with objectives and standards.
• Partner with suppliers and stakeholders to identify and resolve supply risks.
• Develop business cases for base optimization, dual sourcing, and design-to-cost.
• Drive early supplier engagement to support target cost and financial modeling.
• Lead negotiations impacting multiple projects and forecast savings.
• Coordinate with global stakeholders to close sourcing gaps and mitigate risks.
