Job summary

Thales Group in Poland is seeking an NPI Engineer to drive industrialization of products. You will manage orders, coordinate qualifications for new products, and collaborate across quality, technical, and customer service teams, ensuring timely transfer of new materials and processes.

You will lead small project teams, manage databases and ERP data, and prepare production instructions while training staff on new products. Hybrid work is offered with a modern office in Tczew near Gdańsk.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in NPI or Process Engineering.
• Graduated in Engineering School.
• Knowledge of databases (MariaDB, MySQL), SQL queries, and API connections.
• Knowledge of basis cryptography is an advantage.
• Ability to lead a small project team for introduction of products.
• Ability to coordinate tasks and projects under pressure.
• Fluent in Polish and English; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage orders and execution in product industrialization.
• Coordinate qualification projects for new products.
• Monitor qualifications for new materials and products.
• Collaborate with quality, technical, customer service and corporate teams.
• Assist with implementations of new materials, processes, and machines.
• Coordinate transfer of new products from other factories.
• Maintain data input and ERP databases; support ERP tech systems.
• Assist other teams with PDM/ERP data related to industrialization.
• Prepare instructions, procedures and production parameters.
• Train managers and operators on new products and processes.
• Create final customer documentation for new products and materials.
