Nasdaq is seeking a Project Manager to drive end-to-end technology project delivery across European markets, reporting to the Senior Director. The role emphasizes strong organization, communication, and collaboration across multiple locations and workstreams.

Germany-based or Europe-wide, you will coordinate resources in a fast-paced, matrixed setting, aligning with business requirements and timelines. Hybrid in-office work is expected, with responsibilities across IT projects and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Finance or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on IT projects such as systems integration, systems architecture, or new product development.
• Formal Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
• Proven ability to manage large-scale, multi-faceted projects independently from initiation to completion.
• Clear communicator with experience in collaborative, matrixed, and cross-functional environments.

Responsibilities

As a Project Manager reporting to Senior Director, you’ll play a critical role in driving the successful delivery of technology projects across European markets — from initiation through to completion.

This position will be located in Poland and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.

The annual gross base pay for this role is zł146,000 - zł285,000. At Nasdaq, we use a structured job and career framework to make sure growth opportunities are clear and fair. The pay range you see reflects the full salary band for this job level, including room for progression over time. The actual offer will depend on factors like your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and will fall within a portion of the posted range that’s appropriate for this role.
