Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking a Next-Gen AI Manager – Technical Innovation in Wrocław to lead technical exploration of frontier AI capabilities. You will guide experiments, evaluate models and architectures, and work with EY teams to translate opportunities into practical prototypes and pilots while ensuring security and governance are embedded.

The role requires hands-on AI/ML experience, collaboration with engineering teams, and strong communication with senior stakeholders across EY’s global

Responsibilities

• Emerging AI technology scouting & assessment to understand maturity, enterprise applicability and value.
• Identify how evolving capabilities map to client challenges and opportunities.
• Translate opportunities into technically meaningful experiments with clear hypotheses and evaluation criteria.
• Evaluate experiments across dimensions: capability, accuracy, reliability, performance, cost, security and governance.
• Engage with engineers, partners and EY specialists to leverage external expertise for acceleration.
• Apply governance, security and compliance requirements across the experiment-to-delivery lifecycle.
