EY GDS Poland seeks a Next-Gen AI Manager – Technical Innovation to lead assessment of emerging AI capabilities and translate findings into focused experiments. You will work with EY account teams to identify opportunities and guide prototype design.

Drawing on hands-on AI/ML experience, you will advise on models, architectures, and governance, partnering with engineering teams to shape practical, secure solutions for clients while navigating risks and trade-offs.
