Job summary

• Excellent project management, adaptability, and influencing skills.
• Fluent Polish and strong English communication.
• Marketing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans and build value-driven relationships with key customers.
• Maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders to meet sales targets and client loyalty.
• Monitor KPIs and market trends to improve customer experience and loyalty.
• Lead brand strategy development and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Travel 70% of time for field-based activities and customer engagements.
