Job summary

Motorola Solutions Polska is seeking a Network & Data Systems Engineer to join our TSO team. You will research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues across multiple systems, software, and hardware, following standard escalation procedures.

The role is hybrid with occasional travel to customer sites for complex problems. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in technical support or network engineering, solid ITIL knowledge, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications or similar.
• 2–3 years of experience in Technical Support or Network Engineer role.
• Understanding of ITIL framework/methodology and ITIL foundation.
• Knowledge of networking concepts: LAN/WAN/WiFi, firewalls, internet.
• Experience in systems and software engineering, mobile telecoms incl. Tetra/LTE/UMTS.
• Ability to understand complex systems architecture and document RCA.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of Motorola Solutions TETRA products and architecture.
• Liaise with engineering and customers in written and spoken English.
• Take ownership of customer issues to meet expectations.
• Follow Customer Issue Resolution processes.
• Occasionally visit customer sites to resolve issues not solvable remotely.
• Use TETRA systems to reproduce issues and learn future updates.
• Participate in system upgrades on customer premises.
• Suggest improvements to tools and procedures.
• Stay current with new and emerging technologies.
