Job summary

Sport Alliance GmbH is seeking an ERP Finance Systems Specialist (NetSuite) to build the first dedicated NetSuite capability in our Finance team and streamline how 15 subsidiaries work with it.

You will configure NetSuite across the org, create automations, guide accountants in focused sprints, ensure month-end closes, support audits, and collaborate with Salesforce, Payhawk and Workday interfaces while exploring AI-driven enhancements.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of ERP consultancy or implementation with a finance focus
• Business-fluent English (C1)
• Hands-on ERP configuration in Oracle NetSuite, SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Solid grasp of month-end close and audits; knowledge of GAAP (HGB, UoR, IFRS)
• Technical mindset; enjoy configuring systems and working with LLMs

Responsibilities

• Take NetSuite setup across 15 subsidiaries to best-practice
• Build and extend NetSuite automations (workflows, scripts, saved searches, reports)
• Act as in-house consultant and implementer for Finance in focused sprints
• Safeguard month-end/year-end close with traceable journal entries
• Support financial statement audits and client-side audits, coordinating evidence and findings
• Improve interfaces to Salesforce, Payhawk and Workday Adaptive, and data handover to downstream systems
• Share solutions with the wider organisation and explore AI use in Finance
