PRIMUS Global Solutions (PRIMUS UK & Europe) is seeking a Technical Support Engineer in Kraków to provide L1/L2 support for .NET-based applications. You will troubleshoot incidents, analyze logs, and coordinate with development and infrastructure teams to resolve complex issues.

Qualifications

2–3 years of experience in Technical/Application Support.
Strong knowledge of .NET / C#.
Experience with ASP.NET / .NET Core.
Good knowledge of SQL / SQL Server.
Experience with REST APIs and incident management tools.
Experience in log analysis and root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

Provide L1/L2 technical and application support for .NET-based applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve application, performance, and production issues.
Analyse application logs, errors, and incidents to identify root causes.
Debug and troubleshoot C#/.NET and ASP.NET applications.
Work with SQL/SQL Server to investigate data-related issues and perform basic queries.
Monitor application health and ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
Coordinate with development and infrastructure teams for complex issues.
Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes.
Maintain technical documentation and knowledge-base articles.
