Job summary

N Consulting Global is seeking a Support Engineer to join our IT operations. You will provide Level 2/3 support for .NET 10 applications and SQL Server, triaging incidents and handling ServiceNow tickets. You will implement minor enhancements during sprints, troubleshoot REST-based integrations, and collaborate with development, DB and infrastructure teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on .NET 10 development/support experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL, performance tuning, stored procedures).
• Practical experience with ServiceNow (incident/change/problem management).
• Experience troubleshooting web applications in production.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with debugging tools, application logs, and performance analysis.
• Good incident-management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 application support. Triage, investigate, and resolve production incidents within SLA timelines.
• Manage production incidents and service requests in ServiceNow; keep tickets updated and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Implement small enhancements, bug fixes, and hotfixes in .NET 10 applications as part of agile sprints or ad-hoc requests.
• Support applications developed using .NET 10, jQuery and SQL Server.
• Diagnose and resolve SQL Server issues: writing queries, performance investigation, and supporting DB deployments.
• Perform root-cause analysis and prepare permanent fixes or workarounds.
• Develop minor enhancements, bug fixes, and configuration changes.
• Support REST-based integrations and troubleshoot API-related issues.
• Collaborate with development, database, infrastructure, and business teams.
• Prepare technical documentation, knowledge articles and support procedures.
• Participate in on-call or shift-based support, if required.
