Job summary

Team Up is seeking an experienced Configuration & Deployment Specialist to support mission-critical enterprise applications. You will drive CI/CD, deployment automation, environment configuration, and maintain operational stability across backend, desktop, and mobile contexts.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years IT experience, strong Azure DevOps and Git workflows, and ASP.NET/IIS expertise, with English proficiency and a bachelor’s in ICT or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional IT experience.
• 3+ years in configuration, deployment or a similar role.
• Strong experience with CI/CD for complex enterprise systems.
• Advanced knowledge of ASP.NET applications hosted on Microsoft IIS.
• Mandatory experience with Azure DevOps and Git workflows.
• Good understanding of IIS configuration, SSL, authentication and application pools.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policies, service accounts and Windows security.
• Familiarity with application servers, relational databases and deployment tools.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• English at B2 level or higher.
• ICT-related bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage application builds, integrations and deployments across backend, desktop and mobile environments.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Configure and support system environments.
• Monitor application performance, availability and overall health.
• Troubleshoot technical and deployment-related issues.
• Automate deployments and environment configuration.
• Support testing activities and Azure-based development environments.
• Cooperate with technical teams and external technology partners.
