Job summary

Qualifications

• 4-year degree and relevant fund accounting or financial reporting experience.
• Understanding of NAV calculation and fund accounting principles.
• Experience with income collection, financial reporting, tax control, and transfer agency.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accounting records for UITs according to policies and procedures.
• Manage complex portfolios with assets, transactions, liquidations, and trust terminations.
• Perform reconciliations, process corporate actions, and reinvest distribution income.
• Prepare NAVs and related financial reports across funds with strict accuracy.
• Ensure SOPs and internal controls, data integrity across staff.
• Identify and communicate discrepancies to management.
• Serve as operational contact for clients and respond to inquiries.
• Review and respond to audit queries; support audit process.
• Mentor and train junior Fund Accountants.
