• 2-3 years of experience handling complex lifecycle or organizational data processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or a related field.
• Multilingual communication – English plus Czech/Slovak/Hungarian.
• Knowledge of HTR processes and SAP SuccessFactors/ServiceNow.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information.
• Operational and service-delivery focus.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex Tier 2 HTR requests, tickets and cases.
• Monitor SLAs and escalate breaches when needed.
• Ensure privacy, compliance, first-time-right and four-eye checks.
• Confirm complex employment data changes (promotions, off-cycle).
• Manage organizational structure changes and master data updates.
• Handle onboarding, assignments and end-of-employment administration.
• Manage complex leave and absence cases.
• Process employee exits and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Prepare and review high criticality documents and approvals.
• Use analytics tools to track HR metrics and support decisions.
• Maintain records for audit and compliance requirements.
• Maintain People Function knowledge base, FAQs and HTR docs.
• Contribute to knowledge management and process improvements.
• Partner with stakeholders to address HR needs.
• Collaborate with team for consistent process execution.
• Identify issues and support process standardisation.
• Use SAP SuccessFactors and related tools to reduce manual work.
