American Express Global Business Travel in Poland seeks a Venue Sourcing and Delegate Management specialist to support internal and external clients within Amex GBT's framework. You will manage relationships with local bookers, plan projects, and ensure top quality service aligned with client specifications.

Fluency in English and either German or French is required, with at least 1 year of corporate events experience.

• At least 1 year of corporate event planning experience.
• MS Office proficiency.
• Negotiation and contracting skills.
• Strong communication and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow relationships with local key bookers.
• Secure savings and add value with suppliers.
• Plan and manage client projects and deliver to client specifications.
• Maintain venue knowledge through site visits and familiarisation trips.
• Accurate data input of client requirements into CVENT.
