Job summary

Amex GBT in Poland is seeking a Travel Counselor to join our remote team, delivering outstanding service to corporate clients. You’ll advise and arrange travel for individuals and groups, and book domestic and international travel using Amadeus and other GDS.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication in German and English.
• GDS proficiency with Amadeus (Sabre, Apollo, Galileo a plus).
• MS Office, Excel knowledge advantageous for daily work.
• Attention to detail, structured work and time management.
• Strong understanding of the travel industry and corporate travel background.

Responsibilities

• Advise and arrange travel for corporate customers (individuals and groups).
• Conduct analysis of travel options and anticipate traveler needs to sell additional services.
• Arrange and book domestic and international business travel (air and rail).
• Use GDSs, mainly Amadeus, for reservations.
• Ensure compliance with travel policy and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with team to coach and mentor peers to improve service levels.
• Coordinate with Meeting Planners and reservation systems.
