Job summary

American Express Global Business Travel is seeking an experienced Event Planner for a fully remote role in Poland. You will lead planning from contract execution through final billing, coordinating vendors, managing budgets, and delivering superior client service across travel programs.

Fluency in English is essential with additional European language proficiency. You will work with a global team and support online registration and post-event debriefs.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating events for clients and managing programs.
• Strong budget awareness and cost control experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English plus another European language (French/Spanish/German/Swedish/Norwegian).
• Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead program planning from contract execution to final billing and ensure high levels of client service.
• Coordinate vendor relationships and ensure high-quality vendors are selected within preferred networks.
• Oversee program costs, identify savings, review invoices, and manage client payment requirements.
• Coordinate on-line registration setup and attendee communications for smooth event execution.
• Collaborate with venues and staff to manage logistics, performance, and debriefs after events.
