Avery Dennison is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Poland for a hybrid role at Brwinów. You will be the main link between customers and internal teams, handling end-to-end inquiries, orders, and delivery coordination while ensuring client satisfaction and growth.

The role requires at least 6 years in internal sales or customer service, Polish and English fluency, and a driving license. Russian is a plus; university degree is welcome.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in internal sales or customer service, ideally in manufacturing.
• Full fluency in Polish and English; Russian is considered a plus.
• Valid driving license and access to your own car.
• University degree is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers across multiple channels.
• Oversee end-to-end order processing and coordinate delivery with Planning and Logistics.
• Research and resolve complex customer inquiries, complaints, and issues.
• Build relationships with key accounts and identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Conduct warm outbound calls while tracking sales activities in the CRM.
