Job summary

Nigel Frank International is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant to join our technology consulting team delivering digital transformation and CRM projects for a range of clients.

This role combines functional consulting, solution design and project delivery, with the opportunity to take ownership of D365 CRM implementations and work closely with both technical teams and senior business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering or supporting CRM projects in a consulting or client-facing environment.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Hands-on knowledge of Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CE.
• Interest in AI within CRM and business processes.
• IT-related experience or education.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Dynamics 365 CE / CRM implementation projects from a functional perspective.
• Analyse business requirements, conduct fit-gap assessments and translate needs into scalable D365 solutions.
• Design CRM processes and functionality, including exploring AI capabilities and use cases.
• Coordinate analysts, developers, configurators and testers throughout delivery.
• Work directly with clients and facilitate discussions with key business stakeholders.
• Define project scope, timelines and delivery priorities, communicating progress and risks.
• Prepare PoCs and D365 demonstrations for clients.
• Contribute to proposals and pre-sales activities.

• Interest in developing further within functional consulting and project leadership.
• IT‑related professional experience or education.
• Interest in AI applications within CRM and business processes.
• Fluent Polish and English, both written and spoken.
