Job summary

Nigel Frank International is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM specialist to join a long-term project focused on developing and enhancing a CRM platform.

This hands-on role covers both functional configuration and technical development, translating business requirements into effective solutions while building custom functionality and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Build custom extensions and enhance existing CRM functionality.
• Work on integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems.
• Support testing, deployments and troubleshooting.
• Produce clear technical and functional documentation.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to shape and improve CRM processes.

What you’ll be doing:

What we’re looking for:

• Solid commercial experience developing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 configuration and customisation
• Experience designing business processes and CRM solutions
• Practical knowledge of Power Automate, Business Process Flows, Business Rules and workflows
• Ability to understand business requirements and turn them into technical solutions
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of deliverables
• Nice to have experience with Power Platform, SQL/relational databases, REST APIs, Azure, Microsoft 365 or Dynamics 365 data migration
