Job summary

Nigel Frank International is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Developer to join an international, in-house technology team and help develop a global CRM platform supporting sales teams across multiple markets.

This hands-on role focuses on Dynamics 365 CE, .NET and Power Platform, with responsibilities across integrations, technical improvements and evolving enterprise CRM solutions. If you’re passionate about modern Microsoft technologies and global projects, we’d like to hear from you.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ commercial experience with Dynamics 365 CE / CRM.
• Practical experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Knowledge of Dataverse, SQL and REST APIs.
• Understanding of CRM and/or sales processes.
• English and Polish language proficiency; legal authorization to work in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Develop Dynamics 365 CE / CRM solutions.
• Develop plugins, workflows, integrations and REST APIs.
• Work with Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Support deployments, performance improvements and ongoing development.
