Job summary

Nestlé S.A. is seeking an MRP Excellence Steward to lead materials planning improvements within our Planning Service Center. Based in Warsaw, Poland or Barcelona, Spain, you will drive process standardization, KPI governance and tool adoption across factories and cross‑functional partners.

You will collaborate with IT, Procurement and DSP to optimize planning, reduce manual work, and build a global expert network while mentoring the planning community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Economics or a related field.
• Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Economics or an MBA would be an advantage.
• Six Sigma certification or a comparable qualification would be an asset.
• Approximately 5 years of professional experience in supply planning.
• At least 3 years of experience in materials planning.
• At least 2 years of experience in process optimization and project management.
• Profound understanding of supply chain planning.
• Strong analytical background.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement best practices in materials planning, including the development and refinement of processes and tools.
• Establish and monitor standard KPIs for materials planning across the PSC.
• Drive initiatives to improve defined materials planning KPIs.
• Continuously review and optimize materials planning processes to reduce inefficiencies.
• Foster collaboration between materials planners and stakeholders.
• Evaluate and lead implementation of materials planning software and tools.
• Provide training and mentorship to the materials planning community.
• Collaborate with other PSCs to standardize processes and share best practices.
• Cooperate closely with IT, Procurement, Regulatory Affairs and DSP functions.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and quality standards.
• Define and monitor project-specific KPIs and train staff on new processes.
