Nestlé S.A. is seeking a Master Data Steward to join the Planning Service Center (PSC). The role can be based in Warsaw, Poland, or Barcelona, Spain, and focuses on governing master data rules, ensuring data quality, and driving automation within the PSC and supported markets.

You will collaborate with Excellence Stewards, monitor KPIs, and help prevent disruptions from data issues while supporting continuous improvement initiatives across multinational environments.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Certification in data management (e.g., Azure Data Fundamentals) is an advantage.
• At least 2 years of experience in data management or data quality.
• At least 2 years in a multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of PSC processes and data governance.

Mansioni

• Define, maintain and govern master data rules, standards and templates for DSP processes.
• Ensure master data readiness to support daily operations.
• Collaborate with Excellence Stewards to ensure data standards are clear and consistent.
• Oversee master data quality with health checks and corrective actions.
• Monitor data quality KPIs and root causes of issues.
• Identify and drive automation opportunities in data maintenance and quality control.
• Act as main contact for master data topics between PSC and in-market teams.
• Assess data requirements for new processes and system changes.
• Support achievement of master data quality targets.
