Job summary

Domino's Pizza Enterprises Ltd (DPE) is seeking a Digital Designer to translate campaigns into digital assets. You will work across Europe, collaborating with a tight team of creatives to ensure fast, consistent, and on-brand delivery.

Required are 3+ years in an agency or internal design team, native Adobe Creative Suite skills, and a strong motion design focus. Fluency in English is essential, with French a bonus. The role emphasizes execution and pixel-perfect results under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Translate key visuals into digital assets for social posts, banners, eDMs, and paid media across markets.
• Create content for Instagram, TikTok, email, and paid channels (Meta, Google Display, YouTube).
• Animate and produce motion graphics, GIFs, and dynamic social content.
• Roll out multi-market campaigns across channels including print with brand consistency.
• Incorporate feedback and ensure timely, pixel-perfect delivery.

About the Role

Scroll-stopping visuals that make people crave? As a Digital Designer for Domino's Pizza Enterprises, you turn campaigns into everything that's digital. Always on brand and always on-point.

You'll work across multiple markets within Domino's Pizza Enterprises, with a focus on Europe (Benelux, France, Germany). Together with a tight team of creatives, you make sure campaigns roll out smoothly, quickly and consistently.

Creativity? Of course. But this role is about execution. Turning ideas into assets, a lot of them, fast and consistent. And making them move.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent, high-quality translation of supplied key visuals into design executions across all channels and digital assets, including social posts, banners, eDMs and paid media.
• Create content for Instagram, TikTok, email and paid channels (Meta, Google Display, YouTube)
• Bring designs to life with motion, animations, GIFs and dynamic social content are the heart of this role
• Roll out multi-market campaigns across all channels including print without losing consistency
• Manage and implement feedback and make sure everything goes out pixel-perfect (yes, even under pressure)

Qualifications

• Native Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• A natural feel for motion: you think in movement, not just static frames
• Skilled at creating GIFs and animated assets in Photoshop and After Effects
• Experience with social content, display ads and digital formats
• Video editing is a plus, but not what this role is about
• Sharp eye for detail, structured and hands-on
• You stay cool under pressure and always deliver on time
• Fluent in written and spoken English is essential (French would be a bonus!)
• 3+ Years Experience in an Agency or Internal Design Team (Retail/FMCG highly regarded)
