Job summary
Placement International is seeking a Design Specialist to craft high-impact visuals across digital, print, and social media. You will shape the company’s visual identity and ensure designs align with brand guidelines for global audiences.
The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio, at least 2 years of professional design experience, and proficiency with After Effects, Premiere Pro, Canva, and AI-assisted workflows. English communication is essential.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field.
- At least 2 years of professional design experience with a strong portfolio.
- Strong video editing skills for short-form content.
- Proficiency in CapCut, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
- Experience with AI tools for image/video generation.
- Advanced Canva skills and brand kit usage.
- Solid typography, color, composition, and storytelling.
- Ability to maintain brand consistency across two brands.
- Strong English communication; Spanish is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Create and oversee high-quality visual designs for campaigns.
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines across formats.
- Develop brand guidelines and maintain consistency.
- Collaborate with marketing, recruitment, and regional teams.
- Present concepts and incorporate feedback from stakeholders.
- Manage design projects with tight deadlines and resources.
- Stay current with design trends and AI tools.
- Produce visuals optimized for websites, social media, and email.
