nove8 is seeking a Motion Designer to craft performance-driven motion creatives for mobile apps and paid campaigns. You will collaborate with UA and marketing teams to produce ads that are tested, iterated, and scaled.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year experience with mobile/web products, strong AE and design tool skills, and a portfolio demonstrating animation proficiency. Remote or hybrid work options are available to suit your location.

Qualifikationen

• Experience creating content focused on performance marketing.
• Ability to work with AI tools in production.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects.
• Proficiency in Figma, Illustrator and Photoshop for animation assets.
• Strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Understanding of editing and animation basics.
• Knowledge of AE plugins.
• English level at least B1.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Motion Designer who’s passionate about creating performance-driven motion creatives for mobile apps and paid marketing campaigns.

If you’re skilled in animation, have experience with making ads and AI tools, and thrive in a fast-paced creative environment – this is your chance to make a real impact. You’ll work closely with UA and creative marketing teams to produce ads that are tested, iterated, and scaled.

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ years of experience working with mobile/web products.
• Understanding the specifics of creating content focused on performance marketing
• Work experience with AI tools
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects
• Proficiency in Figma, Illustrator and Photoshop (ability to create a design/illustration file for animation)
• Portfolio of completed projects
• Understanding of basic principles of editing and animation
• Knowledge of AE plugins
• English level - B1 minimum

What You’ll Do

• Creating engaging motion graphics and animations for digital marketing campaigns
• Iterating on creatives based on performance feedback

• Providing input and creative ideas during brainstorming sessions
• Stable and predictable results

• Creating animations for web platforms (Lottie/Rive)
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
• Knowledge of software for editing and creating sound effects
• Basic knowledge of 3D software
