B Publishing is seeking a Mid-Level Video Editor to join our Performance Marketing team in a remote role. You’ll create high-performing paid social ads for a fast-scaling health and wellness brand, with a focus on performance editing that drives conversions.

You’ll work with AI workflows, AI-generated assets, UGC-style content, and stock footage, collaborating with the Lead Video Editor to raise creative quality and speed across Meta, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional video editing experience.
• Strong experience editing paid social ads and short-form performance creative.
• Advanced understanding of retention editing, pacing, hooks, pattern interrupts, and direct-response editing.
• Hands-on experience with AI video/audio tools such as VEO3, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Seedance, Runway, Kling AI, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of AI prompting, lip sync, voice cloning, facial expressions, and realistic AI human performances.

Responsibilities

• Edit high-performing ads for Meta, TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other paid social platforms.
• Create short-form video ads using AI-generated assets, UGC, stock footage, motion graphics, voiceovers, and organic clips.
• Build strong openings, hooks, pattern interrupts, and retention-focused sequences.
