Capgemini Engineering Polska is seeking a Supply Chain Monozukuri & Synchronous Flows Manager to lead optimization initiatives that enhance industrial performance and reduce total landed cost across development and serial production.

You will facilitate workshops, coordinate cross-functional teams with suppliers, plants and procurement, and build business cases for governance bodies to deliver measurable cost savings.

Qualificações

• Experience in industrial supply chain management across logistics, packaging, and inbound operations.
• Proven cross-functional leadership across plants, suppliers, and procurement.
• Experience facilitating workshops and managing change in fast-paced, on-site settings.
• Strong financial acumen with ability to build business cases and track cost savings.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct Monozukuri workshops at client and supplier locations to identify optimization levers in logistics, packaging, and inbound flows.
• Own end-to-end action plan delivery; structure, prioritize, and execute initiatives; prepare business cases for governance bodies to secure validation and investment approval.
• Industrialize synchronous flows and handover to plant logistics for serial production readiness.
• Act as the GSC project representative; coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, procurement and plant teams to align costs with targets.
• Drive Supplier Value Optimization by challenging suppliers to generate cost-saving ideas and maintain a pipeline of improvements.
