To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated Mobile Network Project Manager who will oversee the planning, delivery and coordination of our work at mobile network sites. In this responsible position, you will be the central link between our installation teams, internal stakeholders and the individual projects.

Your responsibilities:

• Project management: You are responsible for managing our mobile network projects and ensuring that they are delivered on time, to a high standard and cost-effectively.
• Team coordination: You coordinate internal and external project teams in day-to-day operations and assign tasks to internal employees and external partners.
• Site inspections and acceptance: You conduct construction-related site inspections and acceptance checks and ensure complete project documentation.
• Stakeholder coordination: You coordinate colleagues, customers and suppliers throughout the project.
• Project delivery: You take a proactive approach to ensuring that projects run smoothly.
• Costing and controlling: You prepare quotations and cost calculations and oversee project controlling.

What you bring:

• Completed vocational training in a technical or skilled-trade field, or a degree in mechanical engineering, civil engineering, electrical engineering or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in the construction or telecommunications industry is an advantage
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is an advantage
• Fitness for working at height
• Polish, German and English language skills are an advantage
• Willingness to travel occasionally
• Previous leadership experience is an advantage
• A valid category B driving licence
