Qualifications

• At least 3 years hands-on Ruby development experience.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB databases.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, TypeScript and either Vue.js or React.
• Strong testing experience with RSpec and Cucumber.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher, with client communication experience.
• Experience using AI tools for agentic development.
• Cloud platform knowledge (Azure, AWS or GCP) is a plus.
• Growth mindset and commitment to best practices in Ruby.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of scalable solutions with a focus on robust, production-ready code.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle including business logic and feature implementation.
• Collaborate with the team through demos, Scrum ceremonies, and internal knowledge-sharing events.
• Support project estimation and planning aligned with business goals.
• Conduct code reviews and write automated tests to ensure quality and maintainability.
• Work on continuous technology integration to keep the stack up to date.
• Optionally mentor peers, participate in technical interviews, or share knowledge at meetups.
