Job summary

Sii Poland seeks a Mid-Level Project Manager to support IT projects in the healthcare sector. You will coordinate activities, track progress, and facilitate communication between stakeholders and development teams to ensure on-time delivery.

The candidate has 3+ years of PM experience, strong Jira and Azure DevOps skills, and familiarity with Scrum, Agile and Waterfall. Proficiency in Polish and English and residency in Poland are required.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of project management experience.
Strong knowledge of Jira and task management.
Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodologies as well as the Waterfall approach.
Experience in coordinating project activities and maintaining documentation.
Ability to facilitate communication between stakeholders and team members.
Advanced level of Polish and English.
Residency in Poland.

Responsibilities

Support the Project Manager in the delivery of IT projects.
Coordinating project activities, tasks, and deliverables.
Maintaining project documentation, schedules, and status reporting.
Collaborating with development teams, business stakeholders, and other project participants.
Monitoring project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.
Managing and tracking project activities in JIRA and Azure DevOps.
