Your main responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Assess current processes and recommend improvements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Support the design and implementation of business analysis strategies aligning with project goals.
• Analyze data flows and identify areas for automation or enhanced data utilization.
• Assist in testing and validation of solutions to ensure they meet business needs.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis or related fields.
• Strong understanding of business process modeling and analysis tools.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with a communicative level.
• Knowledge of industry-standard methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a hybrid environment.
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools or data analytics is a plus.

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA.
• Knowledge of AI or data-driven analytical tools.
