Job summary

INFOLET SP. Z O.O. in Kraków is seeking a results-driven Business/Data Analyst to join our team. You will translate customer needs into clear business and technical requirements and create BRDs, FRS, and user stories for engineering teams.

You will gather and analyze requirements through interviews and workshops, use Excel, SQL, and BI tools to visualize data, and collaborate across product, analytics, and development throughout the project lifecycle. English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with large data sets and translating data into insights.
• Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Proven ability to write user stories.
• Hands-on data analysis and visualization with Excel, SQL, Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence.
• Experience on large-scale and complex projects.
• Ability to assess priorities, identify risks, and propose practical solutions.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Very good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Product Owner to understand customer needs and translate them into clear business and technical requirements

• Translate business needs into well-structured user stories, functional requirements, and specifications for engineering teams

• Model current and future processes using diagrams, flowcharts, and other process-mapping techniques
• Prepare clear documentation, including BRD, FRS, and user stories
• Collaborate with customers, users, Product Owners, and development teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of internal processes
• Assess priorities and potential risks and proactively recommend appropriate solutions

YOU WILL

MUST HAVE

• Practical experience in writing user stories
• Hands-on experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau
• Experience working with Jira and Confluence
• Experience working on large-scale and complex projects or initiatives
• Ability to assess priorities, identify risks, and propose practical solutions
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Very good command of English
