Zoolatech in Wrocław is seeking a Middle Software Engineer to design, build and deploy agentic AI automations across business operations. You will work with tools like Salesforce, Jira, Slack and Google Workspace to translate complex processes into reliable, human‑supervised workflows.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders to turn requirements into scalable integrations, focusing on security, cost efficiency and robust production support.

Qualificações

• Hands-on experience with workflow orchestration tools (n8n, Make) or agent frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex).
• Practical experience with enterprise LLM platforms (Gemini Enterprise, Vertex AI, Azure OpenAI or similar).
• Solid experience building and consuming REST APIs, handling webhooks and managing authentication (OAuth, API keys).
• Experience running services in production: logging, monitoring, alerting and incident handling.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build AI-assisted, human-supervised workflow agents and process automations for non-technical business teams.
• Build, debug and deploy workflows using orchestration and low-code platforms and enterprise LLM platforms.
• Integrate workflows with enterprise systems through REST APIs, webhooks and databases.
• Implement error handling, fallback logic and guardrails so agents run safely and predictably in production.
• Own automations in production: monitoring, SLOs/SLIs and incident response.
