Jit is building a modern, enterprise-class backend in Poland, working on a scalable, cloud-native HR platform. You will contribute to developing new backend modules, implementing efficient solutions, and ensuring code quality in an agile setup.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of backend Java experience.
• Strong knowledge of Java and OOP principles.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and Hibernate (Criteria API).

Project

We are building a new development team for a global leader in HR and workforce solutions. This project will focus on developing scalable backend solutions for high-demand business operations, integrating cloud services, and ensuring system reliability. You will work in an agile environment with a strong emphasis on code quality, clean architecture, and performance optimization.

What you’ll be doing

• Developing new application modules based on business requirements
