Job summary

Jit Team in Poznań is seeking a software engineer with strong full‑stack skills to join our hybrid team. You will work on Java/Spring Boot and React applications, design REST APIs, and contribute to microservices and CI/CD pipelines in a globally distributed environment.

We expect 4+ years of hands-on development, solid SQL skills, experience with Docker and Kubernetes, and excellent English communication. Remote hybrid from Poznań with one office day per week.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on software development in Java, Spring Boot, and React.
• Good knowledge of REST API design and microservices architecture.
• Excellent frontend skills with modern JavaScript/TypeScript and React.
• Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL proficiency.
• Experience in CI/CD pipelines and automated delivery.
• Experience deploying using Docker and related tooling.
• Willingness to explore Agentic AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) to speed up engineering workflows.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills.

Salary: 700 - 1000 PLN net/MD

Remote: hybrid from Poznań (perffered 1 day / week in the office)

Expected competencies and knowledge

• At least 4 years of hands-on experience in a comparable software development in: Java, Spring Boot and React
• Good knowledge of REST API design and microservices architecture
• Excellent frontend skills: proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript and a modern framework(React is highly preferred)
• Solid understanding of relational databases and proficiency in SQL
• Experience in CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth and automated delivery
• Experience in package and deploy applications using Docker
• Eagerness to explore and implement Agentic AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) to accelerate engineering workflows
• Excellent verbal and written English skills, along with strong communication abilities

• Experience in cloud solutions
• Experience with event-driven architectures, including Kafka and messaging solutions such as RabbitMQ
