Jit Team in Poznań is offering a hybrid role with office presence in Poznań and remote collaboration. You will work on modern software stacks including Java, Spring Boot, React, and TypeScript, contributing to scalable microservices and RESTful interfaces.

The role emphasizes English communication, CI/CD pipelines, Docker deployments, and exploring AI-assisted engineering tools to speed up development.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of hands-on software development in Java, Spring Boot and React.
• Good knowledge of REST API design and microservices architecture.

Expected competencies and knowledge

• At least 4 years of hands-on experiencein a comparable software development in: Java, Spring Boot and React
• Good knowledge ofREST API design andmicroservicesarchitecture
• Solid understanding of relational databases and proficiency inSQL
• Experience inCI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth and automated delivery
• Experience in package and deploy applications using Docker
• Eagerness to explore and implement Agentic AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) to accelerate engineering workflows
• Excellent verbal and written English skills, along with strong communication abilities

Nice to have

• Experience in cloud solutions
