Job summary

People More seeks a Senior Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Engineer. You will design and implement scalable Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions for international markets, integrating with Azure services and enterprise systems.

You’ll lead migrations and modernization projects while mentoring other engineers to adopt high-quality dev practices. You’ll work on AI-enabled tools in daily engineering workflows, contribute to architecture reviews, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform, Dataverse and Azure services, particularly Azure Functions and Azure Service Bus.
• Experience designing and delivering end-to-end Dynamics 365 implementations.
• Strong knowledge of C#, .NET, JavaScript or TypeScript, and SQL.
• Familiarity with modern DevOps practices and Agile ways of working.
• Ability to make sound technical decisions and take responsibility for their outcomes.
• A collaborative approach and a willingness to mentor and support other engineers.
• Practical experience using AI tools in software engineering workflows.
• Very good English and Polish

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions for business teams operating across different markets.
• Lead the design of integrations between Dynamics 365, enterprise systems and Azure services.
• Take a leading role in platform upgrades, migrations and modernisation projects.
• Mentor engineers, share knowledge and support the adoption of high-quality development practices.
• Explore and promote the use of AI tools in everyday engineering work.
• Contribute to architecture reviews, technical discussions and technology community initiatives.
