Job summary

Spyro Soft in Wrocław seeks an AI Automation Engineer with hands-on experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio to design and implement AI-powered automation solutions.

You will integrate Copilot Studio with Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365, build API connectors and automate business processes, collaborating with architects, developers and stakeholders in an Agile setup.

Qualifications

• Commercial hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Delivery of automation solutions using Power Automate / Power Platform, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism or similar.
• Experience integrating enterprise applications using REST APIs.
• Understanding of conversational AI and Generative AI concepts.
• Experience working with Microsoft 365 and/or Dynamics 365 ecosystems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Fluent English - C1

About the role

We are looking for an AI Automation Engineer with hands-on experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio to design, build and implement AI-powered automation solutions. Depending on your experience level (Regular, Senior or Lead), you will contribute to solution delivery, technical leadership and customer engagement while helping organizations automate business processes using AI.

• Good communication and stakeholder collaboration skills

• Fluent English - C1
