Job summary

SoftServe is seeking a Microsoft Power Platform Engineer to design, develop, and deliver automation solutions that streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into practical solutions, drive end-to-end delivery, and ensure high standards of quality, performance, and maintainability. First-month on-site in Abu Dhabi.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• At least 3 years of hands-on Power Platform experience (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, ALM).
• Power Platform certifications such as PL-200, PL-400, PL-600.
• Experience in Agile Scrum teams and iterative delivery.
• Strong troubleshooting and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement solutions based on Power Platform, including Copilot Studio, ensuring quality and performance.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, QA, and stakeholders to achieve goals.
• Configure workflow processes and perform component, integration, and UAT testing.
• Customize industry-focused solution packages to meet business objectives.
• Troubleshoot automation and platform issues with platform support teams.
• Conduct peer code reviews to ensure coding standards and guidelines.
• Work on-site in Abu Dhabi for the first month.

We are looking for a Microsoft Power Platform Engineer to design, develop, and deliver automation solutions that help organizations streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective solutions, drive end-to-end delivery, and ensure high standards of quality, performance, and maintainability.

This position is ideal for a proactive problem-solver who is passionate about automation, low-code development, and delivering business value through innovative technology solutions.

• Implement solutions based on Power Platform, including Copilot Studio, ensuring quality, performance, and alignment with platform best practices
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, QA engineers, and business stakeholders, to achieve project goals
• Configure process-oriented application workflows and perform component, integration, and user acceptance testing within the selected low-code platform
• Customize industry-focused solution packages to help clients meet specific business objectives
• Troubleshoot automation and platform-related issues, coordinating with platform support teams when needed
• Conduct peer code reviews, ensuring compliance with coding standards, design guidelines, and implementation methodology
• Work on-site in Abu Dhabi for the first month

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a Microsoft Power Platform Engineer, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Dataverse, and ALM
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications, such as PL-200, PL-400, or PL-600
• Experience working in Agile Scrum teams and contributing to iterative delivery processes
• Understanding of digital platform design best practices, performance considerations, and integration patterns
• Skills in troubleshooting complex automation scenarios and communicating effectively with technical support teams
• Strong collaboration skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
