Job summary

Cooper Standard Polska Sp. z o.o. Oddział w Bielsku-Białej is seeking a Senior MES & Digital Factory Specialist to lead business-IT collaboration for MES initiatives. You will map current processes, define user needs, and translate requirements to the technology team while coordinating across functions.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 6–10 years in discrete manufacturing, and experience with MES, Digital Factory concepts, and SAP. Travel up to 25% may be involved.

Qualifications

• Experience in discrete manufacturing industry
• Experience with MES & Digital Factory processes
• Knowledge of SAP is preferred

Responsibilities

• Define user needs for MES & Digital Factory functions.
• Create as-is and optimized process maps through interviews with process owners and users.
• Determine user requirements for configuration and presentation of MES & Digital Factory solutions.
• Translate process maps and requirements to the technology team lead, IT Manager.
• Oversee implementation items, including training and user satisfaction.
• Create lessons learned and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and DRD specifications.
• Provide ongoing production support for MES & Digital Factory solutions.
