Job summary

Signify in Piła, Poland, seeks an IT professional to support and maintain IT infrastructure and manufacturing systems, troubleshooting incidents and collaborating with manufacturing, engineering and business teams to keep production running smoothly.

You will drive digitalization projects, support and enhance systems used in manufacturing, and work with SAP QM/PP/PP-DS/ME/DM. Strong English and a proactive mindset are essential in this international environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT infrastructure or manufacturing systems.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and supporting technologies.
• Experience with SAP or other business systems is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain IT infrastructure and hardware environments.
• Troubleshoot IT-related incidents and technical issues.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and business teams to support critical production systems.
• Participate in digitalization, automation, and continuous improvement projects.
• Support, configure, or enhance systems used in manufacturing processes.
• Work with SAP solutions and manufacturing modules (QM, PP/PP-DS, ME/DM).
• Gather business requirements and translate them into IT solutions.
• Contribute to process optimization and operational excellence initiatives.
