In this role, you will manage complaints concerning Digital Solutions quality and performance within Hospital and Laboratory Information Systems. Responsibilities include timely case handling per ISO Quality System requirements and ensuring compliance with quality processes.

The ideal candidate should possess a relevant degree, strong communication skills in English, and experience in software support and debugging.

Qualifications

• Experience in software related or bioinformatics support functions.
• Experience reading source code in multiple programming languages.
• Understanding of cloud computing platforms and on-premise infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for timely handling of individual cases based on ISO Quality System requirements.
• Perform creation, acceptance, classification, investigation, and resolution of cases.
• Resolve cases while consulting with senior team members when needed.
• Interface with Affiliates and communicate quality-related information.
• Support initiatives for enhanced interfaces with country organizations.
• Analyze data using statistical measures for potential product performance issues.
• Escalate unresolved cases and initiate further investigations.
• Ensure compliance with established quality processes and regulations.
